## Adam Quilter

Adam joined ESDU in 1995 as an engineer working on the Stress and Strength Series.  In 1997 he became head of the ESDU Strength Analysis Group with responsibility for the Aerospace Structures, Composites, Fatigue, and Stress and Strength Series and for the Metallic Materials Data Handbook (MMDH), though his technical work focused on aircraft structures, with emphasis on instability analysis.  In 2008 he became Technical Director of ESDU.  He has BA (Hons) and MA (Hons) degrees from the University of Cambridge.

Optimizing supply chains are Scott’s passion. Scott leads the content services for Accuris’ Supply Chain Risk products. He works daily with Fortune 500 companies on a variety of supply chain issues such as availability, environmental compliance, export controls, tariffs, supplier relationships, and sustainable supply. Scott’s latest project is working with clients to construct a better view of supply chain risk—and doing so using by assessing location risk, supplier risk, and supplier metrics.

Scott believes combining data science, tools, and supplier relationships can make companies more profitable, people happier, and the world more sustainable.
